Preparing For New Story: Gabby's/Starlight's Family?

So, I released another blog not long ago with whether Gabby should be more of a Dark side character or Light side. That was only one problem I had. The second, who should her concerned family be? With Spike, he had Twilight and her parents as his older sister and his parents. When I get to Thorax, I plan on using Chrysalis and Pharynx as his mother and older brother. But right now, I need help deciding who should be the concerned family for Gabby and Starlight Glimmer when they put on the VR helmet and are unable to stop playing the game until they complete chapter 3 of their respective class. I was thinking of using Gilda as a member of Gabby's family, or at the very least her roommate. IDK about Starlight though. Any suggestions?
