The next chapter of UME may come several days later than usual. The ultimate fight against Cankentriops reveals to be a difficult one to write. Fights involving at least one huge team of fighters against a very powerful opponent generally are (so you can imagine how the Star Allies Arc from A Sweetie Dreamland had been hell to write toward the end). To not help, I took some time finding a theme that I judged good for the fight, and then I fell sick and I couldn't focus enough more than a few minutes at once to write.
Also, recently, I have been rereading the story, and after rereading the Undertale Arc, I'm thinking of rewriting the end. Now that I have been thinking about it, there's something that isn't logic. At the end, Sweetie Belle used her powers to bring Chara back, so why not do the same for the other six humans by the same occasion? I wonder how I didn't think of that. I love reading fics where the other humans get a second chance somehow. These poor kids deserve one.
Sweetie remembers that she could and messes with time travel, causing the herself to enter the genocide run?

Actually, Sweetie Belle can't time travel (or rewind/fast-forwarding time). She hasn't the power yet. At best, she can slow down or accelerate time a bit, but that's all. Also, as it was stated in the story, she doesn't have a past-self, like she doesn't have a future-self. Only her present-self exist. So she can't do stuff like go back in time to tell herself to do something different.
As for the stories, you are speaking of stories where the dead humans get a second chance? I don't remember them. I will try to find them again, but I can't guarantee it.

On a side note,I think that it’s kind of implied(I don’t actually Know,just seems like the Fandom interpreted it that way)that every Human kid falls in differents eras of Time since monsters first were sealed in the underground.
So It would be amusing seeing the first souls to fall to be the more astounded and marveled with all the new things Humanity had Done.

We know that Chara fell into the Underground sometime during the 21st century. We don't know how much time passed between then and Frisk's fall, but it must range from a few decades to at least a century. So I don't think that the children will have problems with the technology.
