Blog Number 161: Cadenza Edition
Working on a third entry to the contest, but after a good start Monday and Tuesday... I've embarrassingly stalled out today. 😒 Considering I went ten days without writing the last time I stalled out, I'm not encouraged. 
Dean Cadence/Justice
Yes, I know it's spelled "Cadance", but frankly I prefer "Cadence".
I thought I'd give an update, even if it didn't tie in with a finished draft or a published work. Just to keep you in the loop (I estimate I'm about halfway through this current fic).
The idea's definitely there. It's on its way. A good sign is that I keep stopping every now and then to jot down some randomly inspired concept to add to each scene, which usually means I've got a good chance of picking it up and keeping it going.
I'm mostly debating the wisdom of taking the day off versus pushing myself for another thousand words, say, just to keep my hand in. Especially with the deadline so close, I'm not entirely happy about any possibility for lost time, but maybe this is nothing more than jumpy impatience talking.
Oh, it's fun being me.
