Slight progress on the fic was made, just not on this chapter, rather stuff down the line. I think many of you will enjoy what I have in store.

A story in which a man realizes his childhood dream of being a Saturday morning cartoon villain. Mustache twirling included.
The main character is, for a change of pace, a well-adjusted adult that enjoys his architecture job and plays video games as a hobby. After a new Full Dive VR rig hits the market, he is one of the first to buy it and joins in on the first game available. A VRMMO where an entire world is simulated and players take on the roles of heroes and villains, where they can create their own superpowers.
Naturally, the MC makes a mad scientist bent on world domination. *Cue Maniacal Laughter*
No, nobody gets trapped in the game.
Yes, there is campy fun to be had.
Yes, there is a giant robot crab and lots of lasers.
There are also intentionally hair-brained schemes for the Evi-lols, rival villains, heroic nemisis that get really peeved when they get hit with the gender-bender laser.
But more than anything there is fun to be had.
Glad to hear some progress and I can't wait.
What stuff? and do we have an ETA on the next chapter?

The kind of stuff that won't come up for a while, but is progress nonetheless. and I make a point of avoiding ETA's since nothing ever good happens when I make them. If I had to guess, I'd say there might be a chapter sometime in the next six months. Maybe. Posssibly.
