Veiws From West: A semi-annual thing, OR, "Sunny threatens a very good freind over not releasing a story"

The first post got deleted, but welcome to my Annual (so long as it's only me writing for west) collection of CTS stories set to feature CTEW, Home of the Clocktower Colts! if you're planning on writing a story featuring part of west, DM me, and i'll feature your story next month! but until them, here's some current and upcoming fics set at west, and how they've both progressed, and maybe even a few spicy hints for the future?

Permafrost
Current Chapter: 5
The Story So Far: after moving to San Franciscolt on his suggestion, Double Diamond's formerly quiet life has been turned upside-down by the reappearence of his best friend from Starlight Glimmer's Cult, Party Favor. after grappling with some of his personal demons, the two had a whirlwind date that has the white-coated cult puzzling over an acronym that's starting to make too many connections in his head make sense. Whatever CTS is, it seems to make friends in odd places, as everyone from ambassadors to random party colts are going to this mysterious warehouse rave in a construction site. and somehow, without knowing the exact reason, he can't shake the thought this random white colt with glasses and a cool looking hoodie he saw join their group as they departed from the boardwalk is somehow connected to all of this...
Commentary:
This story is still pretty active, so i'll let you know at the very least that i do plan to give each individual chapter it's own title, partially because i do want to put side stories in the fic that both fit into the mood, and will help me delay for when this thing is actually on a schedule. i'm not doing it yet, because a few are actually fairly major spoilers if you know how to read between the lines, but they're meant more for the re-read than the initial run anyways.
The Story To Come:
Instead of doing all the cryptic hinting i've done in the last segment that would usually be reserved for this one, why don't i give you all the answers right now? What is magic? What is technology? what are these terms that we use so often, and yet are so intermingled despite being quite distinct? a modern man might think a century ago hell, and a millennia in the future heaven. where would we be, as a society, if rome never fell? we always say we would be more advanced scientifically, but have you ever pondered how alien that culture would be to you in an equivalent time period? one where the gods of old and the fire of Prometheus were still alight in the skies, if for no reason than sheer belief in their being? What if magic really does exist and it's hidden from you? well all that means is that some random kid off the street with one too many triangles and hexagons on his hoodie might just be president of the illuminati.

Future Fics

Flow
Genres: Drama, Action, Romance, Metafiction(the normal way), that feeling you get when you look deep into an adorable puppy's eyes as it's tragic backstory is revealed to you slowly moment by moment(permafrost would also qualify for this genre)
The Story To Come: White glint is a normal mare living a normal life, manning the counter behind her little no name lingerie shop in San Franciscolt. she doesn't do much day to day, floating around the many shops the city has to offer, but at night, it seems like she disappears. because when the clock strikes 7:00, she disappears into the sea to become nothing less than a Princess of the clocktower, and soon, she'll be facing her greatest challenge yet: finding the love the clocktower always gave her within herself...
for nobody without a heart full of love can sing a song of war with it's full passion.
Comments: This is going to be featuring one of the OCs of my private clients, who i'm going to be thanking by featuring their OC because they've never actually paid me. i'll reveal who this is should they ever get their dumb little quiet yellow butt into gear and start that fimfic account they keep talking about making :3

Gold
Genres: Comedy, Wish Fulfillment, Action, Adventure, Food porn, (actual porn), Metafiction(the funny way), way too much discussion about costume design
The Story To Come: Silk Ribbon. The pony everypony in the fashion world from manehattan to san franciscolt wants to be... until they see what his schedule looks like "Off the Clock". because when he's off the clock in the real world, he's on the clock as Saint of the Warrens, Clocktower Equestria West's answer to every other site's Alpha Den Mother, a position so perrilously high in administration that it's nearly impossible to believe one pony can juggle all that responsibility without snapping like an overtuned piano. but not Silk Ribbon though, nothing can break him, right~?
Comments: and because i'm doing a fic featuring someone else's OC, why not feature one of my own once he actually for realsies shows up in the main fic instead of one unnamed cameo? ;3 this is mostly going to be for the sake of worldbuilding until a certain other fic this is all building towards...

The War At West
Genres:Military Fiction, Seinen/Tokusatsu, Action, Plot Development

Comments: Time to show my hand. before Permafrost, Flow, and Gold all conclude, they'll each be building towards one central fic that will put all three of them on pause, because it's supposed to show an event central to the canon i'll personally be keeping for Clocktower Equestria West, on top of introducing the functionality that can let all and no CTS stories be simultaneously "Canon" when mani herself has (rightfully) claimed that there is no CTS canon (there isn't, i'm just a nerd :p)

CTRL's ALTernately unDELeted files
Genres:Comedy, Sci-fi, Cameo Fiesta, Gag Reel, Short Fiction, Bill Nye the Science Pone (but horny)
The Stories To Come: This is just a generic name for a collection of worldbuilding stories about CTRL, I'll be providing the majority of it, but at least a few of them will actually be teases for an upcoming SFW fic that i edited for a certain someone who really needs to start publishing it before everyone starts thinking that I came up with all these ideas i aped from them :3 but more seriously, this will be mostly experimental, as i'm going to be using this to experiment with format more than genre, so expect to see everything from audio logs to full-on rip offs of the SCP foundation (is it really even a rip off if you wrote one of the original 1k back in the 4chan days? :p)

Operation Cat's Eye
Genres:Action, Tom Clancy Light, Military Fiction, Crossover
The Story to Come: The torchguard are the elite of the equestrian military to be sure. only those most Devoted to the protection of equestria are chosen for the role, and even amongst this creme of the crop there are the elite. Legacy Units. those who cannot be disbanded, re-organized, or so much as ordered to march without the explicit concent of all members. those whose tales of glory are carved in plaques of adamantium, and whose barracks are burried in the darkest corners of the Abyss, the Root, or wherever they've chosen to call home. even one is said to be capable of toppling an empire. The Adamant Swords may just have to.
Commentary: For the "wait, how the fuck is this even occuring" crossover of the century, the two great horny TSes of the my little porny fanfiction dot com sphere are going to be duking it out! Yes, i Did actually get explicit permission from Schorl to make this happen! Yes, this is going to end *exactly* how you think it would if you ever thought "what would happen if the Equestrian Trainer's Society and Clocktower Society suddenly shared a universe" well ladies and gents, I'm selling front row tickets (i've actually started work on this one, you can literally pay me to release it early) and this is going to be one hell of a no holds barred cage match :3 tactical advice given by person who gets exactly one month to make that fimfic or i will be naming you in a blog post. this isn't a threat, this is a promise :3c it's not exposing you if you literally just told me "okay" for this editor credit :3

Stories From the Neon Waltz
Genres:Slice of life, Porn, Sci-fi
The Story To Come: A certain dragon finds his way behind the beaded curtain of the future's most desireable club, where every performer is a genetically reformed piece of perfect ass ready to say yes to anything... is Fridis ready to take the dive into his new life?
Commentary: Because i have no dignity, i will be claiming one of the above mentioned cool ideas as bounty for not just pretending to be my friend :p this is a commission i did for Fridis (yes, that fridis, the one with the cameo in Permafrost who deserves that spot for being a shining beacon of humanity and keeping my sorry butt alive so you all get to read more horse porn) based off of one of the ideas that got spitballed (before being kinda soft rejected by me) for CTRL ALT DEL, but ended up getting revived as the spine of a commission for the dargon in question so i had a really cool place to set my commission.
