Long story short, I'm likely going to be moving for a job in a month or two. I have to get confirmation, but this might just be my dream job.
Had to recover a bit from the writing contest, it wasn't really my style to bang all those chapters out in rapid succession. Didn't feel like I had a firm grasp on the narrative and going back over it. It's bad. Like from an editing standpoint and a few other things. I'm definitely not satisfied with how it turned out so I'm going to have to edit that a bit more earnestly before I feel comfortable linking it anywhere.
I might try to work more on one-shots and short stories before going for long-form formatting again.
Oh to live one's dream.
Congratulations on the new job! I do short-term contract work and bounce around the country, so I know how moving for a new job goes. The move is a bit hectic, especially the first time, but experiencing new places is always fun.
Can you please put some more time into your story? It's been quite a while
