Hello folks,
Shorter update this month, largely a rehash of last months update.
Published in March:
The Battle of Carousel Boutique - Not a fic I had planned, but when the idea struck I decided to run with it. It went better than I expected, and I'm grateful for the kind response to one of my first real attempts at a little comedy/romance.
The following projects are in the pipeline, starting with updates from last month's post:
- Coronal Imbalances: I won't lie, this probably won't be out this month, unless I either get a lot of spare time or decide to break my rule and publish chapters before the story is done. That said, I did make a lot of valuable progress on it in March, so I feel safe setting a tentative date of May for this one. I'll likely post a teaser at some point in April.
- Discordant Legacy: Still in progress. Work's been slow on this one, largely due to some indecision on exactly how I want to structure it; either individual vignettes with an overarching narrative, or more of a unified slow tragedy.
- Untitled Twilight/Rainbow Dash story: I haven't done anything with this one, honestly. The idea is still there, but it's not a high priority. I'm not ready to mark it as cancelled just yet.
- NEW: Let Me In, Twilight Sparkle: Yes, it's another TwiLuna story, though with a different take than The Battle for Carousel Boutique. Without giving too much away, this fic is a soft follow-up to Twilight the Triumphant, or at least some of elements raised therein. I don't want to mislead anyone, no demons here, but I hope it will still deliver as an inner look at one of Equestria's four princesses. Should be out the first full week of April.
- NEW: A Celestia not quite crackfic: Let's just say it's a ship that's a little off the wall. I do plan to have fun with this one. Not going to be lewd, but should be some tender loving comedy.
There's at least one other project I don't plan to talk about yet, but isn't planned for April anyway.
