Warning Clarification of Prior Blog Post · 12:18am Feb 16th, 2021
I think I didn't make myself clear with that prior blog post. I'm not saying "Hey ey, look at this! This is totally stuff I'm gonna do!" I'm saying "Oh shit, how the hell did I get to this point?" I've been accumulating unfinished projects for so long, my To Do List could wallpaper three bedrooms. I was trying waaaaaay too much.
You can guess the (self-imposed) pressure was getting to me. So I posted the blog as both reality check and pressure release valve. I am clearly in a bad mindset with my writing and just needed a moment to take a step back and breathe.
Now, having strayed off the sensible path, my current next step is to turn around and see if I can find it again.
OK, that's all. Last blog was me letting off steam. Just thought I'd clarify.

I’m glad it was a bit of steam-reduction. I hope it was helpful as such! This day stopped lending itself to proper reply-time after a certain point (as has happened too often lately), but I might have expressed some concern about the sheer volume of stuff on tap as well.
I think it’s good having ambitions, but... be gentle with yourself. 2020-2021 has been a colossal existential freakout for much of the world, and for very understandable reasons. I know my own output took a major hit amid all of it, and others’ seemed to have as well.
