I got Unity! :D - Also, story change! · 5:21am Nov 30th, 2012
Well, I think I should tell you some good news. Yesterday (11/28), I got Unity 3D, and to be honest...I thought it was gonna be easy, but it's harder than I thought. I'm so retarded.
Oh well, that ain't gonna stop me.
Anyway, I'm still learning some things in the game. I think what I'm going to do before I start making Equestria of the Dead, I'm going to just create a little game, just a little one. But before I do that, I need to ask a question...
Does anypony know any 3d modeling system that is similar to Maya, but free? And no, I don't really want a trial version, I mean like a full free version, so that I can use that while working on the game. Don't mean to be a dick. I do that a lot. I sometimes type something, and I end it making it look like I'm a dick. I'm not. Just not a fan of Trials. :3
Anyway, once I start working on EoTD, it might take a while to complete, possibly a year or two. But in the end, it'll all be worth it, right? I was originally gonna use Cryengine 3, but if I do make another game (zombies), it'll be with the Cryengine 3...maybe.
Anyway, if you can find a system similar to Maya, but free and full, then Equestria of The Dead will start development by possibly late December, early January. :D

Also, my Equestria of The Dead story is being changed completely. Not like in the storyline or anything. You know how it was before? A huge, cluttered up mess of chapters? I had fifty chapters, and I haven't even completed one character's story.
Now, I was deciding to split the characters up into separate stories (Thanks to Grado's genius brain), but after reading the post KingofSquirrels wrote about almost getting banned for posting other Mary Sue stories, I'm not sure if I should do the others.
Perhaps many of you know KingofSquirrels for his famous Mary Sue birthday story, then the sad and funny endings, as well as the currently in progress story he's making as the continuation of the sad story.
Anyway, After posting four stories of Mary Sue (Where the other three were alternate endings), KoS got a warning saying that if he were to post another Mary Sue story again, quote, "I get my ass banned."
So, he's putting all of his Mary-Sue stories together in one story, but I'm definitely NOT doing that for my zombie story. I'm not making another clutter of a story. I'm pretty much a male Rarity! I don't like clutter!

Okay, I'm done. I'm still trying lucid dreaming. Still no luck. Will try again. Some say it can take days or weeks to have your first lucid dream, and to be patient and have fun.
Also, one brony managed to lucid dream by closing his eyes, and keeping his mind awake.
I fall asleep. EVERY. FUCKING. TIME.
So, yeah, the story will be fixed up, the game will be in development soon, and I will get my pony dreams, dammit! DX
