    I'm 19 now

It's a weird feeling being in your last year as a teenager.

Silent Fear design symbolism and curse · 12:50pm Feb 2nd, 2021

Design symbolism:

  • Hoodie: her only source of comfort because her friend was taken from her and is no longer there to comfort her.
  • Bandage: this represents the pain her parents caused by abusing her.
  • Friendship bracelet: it consists of four rings, four memories. These are the only memories she won't forget.
  • Cobwebs: a representation of how long she has been under the curse.

Curse:
Starting off with the obvious, her coat, mane and tail have been completely drained of life, thus she's stuck as 28 years old (yes, this means that she can't die of age). The horn on her head is the "curse horn", which is the source of her "power". The horn is hard to control and when Silent Fear's guard is down it will make her eyes go from white to red and her body paler, which you can see here:

The red eyes are the "glare of insanity" and it causes everyone who makes eye-contact either face an embodiment of their guilt/self hatred or an embodiment of the suffering they've caused.
Chapter 1 of "Silent Memories" is a good example of this. Diamond Tiara faces the embodiment of the suffering she has caused others by bullying.
The curse has also suppressed her feelings of happiness.
This curse can only be broken if she accepts herself and her past.

This brings me to the second curse that would've completely erased her memories, if it hadn't been sabotaged by the royal guard intervening.
This made her lose her memories at a slower pace, while also letting her retain four memories (although they would be vague). Over time she forgot her home, her parents and her friend. Although, she still remember being abused by her parents she doesn't remember who the were. It's the same deal with her friend, she doesn't remember who he was, but she knows she had a friend. Now she doesn't even remember what kind of pony she is. Positivity is foreign to her and she'll only react with confusion when someone offers her, well, anything.
The only way to break this curse is for the cursed one being reminded who they are by someone they loved.

Now in the previous blog there were four parts that were redacted for reason I wouldn't tell and say would be spoiling the plot (which is partially true) and then DJWolfyK commented this:

The redacted bits are likely stuff Silent herself has forgotten.

Because that's exactly what it is!!
She has forgotten her name, when she was born, who refused giving her to the orphanage and how long she actually was happy (the amount of years her parents were behind bars).

You're REALLY enjoying this character, huh?

I can see that, LOL.

....it's not a hard thing to put together with the evidence given....
If she herself has no memory of certain names and years, it would stand to reason that we as readers would not be privy to those details until Silent is....

Again, poor girl.

My Bionicle OC would probably be at least resistant to the curse as dark magic only feeds him as they're usually only cast by using dark magic.
