Got a little over 600 words written today.
Which sounds less impressive once you consider I didn't really have anything to do today, and I've been shooting for at least the 1000 words / day mark.
And I could (and possibly will!) get back to work before long, but at the same time I also know that something else will likely come and distract me in the immediate future, so in the meanwhile I just waste time here. Whoo? Though on the plus side, I also came up with a ridiculously obscure pun and utterly shameless pun for this thing I'm working on. So that's nice.

So, like, it's apparently February tomorrow! The month known for Hallmark-invented-holiday, Valentine's day!
Which has got me thinking 'oh hey, should I try writing a silly shipfic for Valentine's Day again?' And, um ... maaaaybe? As, uh, I'm trying to focus on my current non-pony thing. Though on the other hand, I've still got plenty of time for inspiration to strike in the meanwhile. I mean, snappy Rarijack banter is kind of my thing. Or I could try something different, oooor I could have a go at a different ship, even. Scandalous, I know. But still, options! I could go for something EQG-ish with Sunset and Sci-Twi. Or I've even got ... potential Flash Sentry Papers ideas ("Kiss Me, Carrot" does have a ring to it) buuuut honestly writing a good Flash story takes more brainpower than I can spare at the moment. Hmm.
Anyway! Just thought I'd chime in and talk about random nonsense. Kind of a reminder that I still exist!
