Hey all!
2 weeks into Carnivore Diet.
Feeling...okay. Down 12 lbs, modestly.
I do miss being able to eat more freely and Soda. But overall alright.
Had Keto flu hard on Friday, slept for 12 hours and my headache was still there.
If that’s the worst of it, I’d say I can make it another week.
How are you all?

Meat and cheese. Yup. Carnivore diet, basically reverse vegan.

As I understand it, unless you also actually eat the animal offal's(if so, be sure that you do) and eat a large verity of meat, eating only meat isn't good for you in the long run; I hope you will try to eat a lot of fish and seafood too for verity and vitamins, and the least processed too. I would personally rathe be a vegetarian over meat any time but that's just me, I actually learned to like my fruits and vegies. When I used to do a diet I cut out grains did wonders to lose a lot of weigh but wasn't sustainable in the long run. I hope it goes well for you for your.

Well okay dude, I hope you pass through this well. Also the best part of an animal is the bone marrow, it's the best tasting stuff and highly nutritious, I can't get enough of it.
