Spoilers: The Mandalorian

This show, The Mandalorian seems to be a shining beacon for Star Wars under the new, dark order of Disney. It seems to be written by an actual Star Wars fan. Not what we got with the Force Awakens, the Last Jedi or the Rise of Skywalker.

Plus.... I was nearly brought to tears when I saw Luke Skywalker. I had strange feelings.... hope. It seems to be a step in the right direction.

Seeing that lone X-Wing fighter, followed by a one-man curb-stomp ending with a young Jedi Master Skywalker calmly walking onto the command deck was absolutely glorious.

Well the thing is George Lucas is actually involved in the making of the Mandalorian. He's more or less apprenticing Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau to hopefully replace Kathleen Kennedy as head of Lucasfilm. In fact there is a civil war building in the company started by Pablo Hidalgo mocking fans getting emotional over Luke. The next few years should be interesting for Lucasfilm.
