I can understand Switch. What I do when I see that, I think of a rhyme.
"Haters gonna hate, karma's gonna bake. Friendship shows the kindness, so set the anger down to chill."
In other words: let the haters hate. They're not saints, and you have friends who show you kindness. Don't let anger or paranoia overwhelm you, but recall your bonds to those you trust over the dislike of a miniscule fraction.
