Hero sat down with his notepad, looking at Zenex. “So, you wanted to talk?”

“Mhm...” Zenex nodded. “Just need to vent.”

“Well, go on.”

Zenex sighed. “Well, you know how I survived getting torn in half?”

“Yeah?”

“Well... when Flutters found out, she got very overprotective of me.”

“Oh?”

“Mhm. I don’t mind it, really. It’s nice having a second pair of eyes. But at the same time, it’s just...” Zenex thought for a bit. “Unsettling...” He looked up. “She’s like... deathly overprotective. She’s becoming a bit...”

“Yandereish?” Hero suggested.

“Yeah, pretty much.” Zenex nodded. “I mean, I get protecting me from my ignorance, but... she sorta... doesn’t really like me hanging out with anyone else...”

“Oh?” Hero’s ears perked. “Do tell.”

“Well, she sorta... pushed Melly and Celly away when they came to visit me in the infirm.”

“Okay, she’s your girlfriend. She probably had a heart attack when she found out you were in the infirm. She’s gonna want to make sure you’re okay.”

“Dude, I’m practically quarantined to my room.”

“Oh.” Hero blinked. “Well... crap.”

Zenex shrugged. “Eh, it ain’t so bad. I mean, I need to spend more time with her anyway.”

“Fair enough.”

“Mhm. Well, thanks for listening.”

“Of course. Good luck with your girlfriend problem.”

Zenex chuckled and walked out. “And good luck being single.”
