TheVClaw

I'm a shameless neckbeard who has a knack for writing a LOT of smut. I have an Official Patreon page (Patreon.com/TheVClaw), and I also take commissions to help support myself as a freelance writer.

First post in 2024 -- Technical Difficulties

Hey, guys! I know its been a while since I made a blogpost, but I've been preoccupied with writing out commissions to keep up with bills. I also recently moved to a new place (dont worry, this one was planned better than the cross-country move back in 2022), and I've been settling nicely. I've been fortunate enough to work on a new series of my own accord titled 'To Nerd A Bird,' but at the

It's my Birthday! (Also, Patreon Updates)

Hey, y'all! As of today, I'm now a whopping thirty-three years old! I know that isn't really a big deal, but it's a good enough excuse to swing by here and explain where I've been.

    Commissions Still Open

Heya guys! I finally finished a good amount of my backlog, so I'm open for commissions at the moment. My rates will be around $20 per thousand words, although it may vary depending on content or number of characters involved. I don't know how many projects I'll be open to accept, but I'll likely delete this blogpost when I have enough to handle. Until then, please feel free to contact me though

My December Goals · 8:02pm Dec 4th, 2020

Alright, everybody! I know it's been a few days late since I usually make Patreon and commission announcements, but I had to work overtime to finish my stories from the October polls. However, considering how both of my most recent oneshots got featured on the front page, I like to think that my efforts were very well worth it. Hopefully this month, I'll be able to keep my list of projects on schedule.

1.) The winners of November's Patreon Polls: First thing's first, let's announce the winners! From the November Patreon Commission Story Poll (which had a whopping 96 total votes), the winning prompt was suggested by Winter Quill:

Sandbar Smashes - Sandbar goes with his girlfriend Yona to Yakyakistan for the holidays. When he arrives, he quickly learns that "Smash" can mean something completely different in Yona's culture~

So, yeah! We're getting some Yonabar for the holidays! Even though GallBar is obviously my favorite Student Six ship (as well as SmolderOcellus), I honestly really liked the YonaBar ship in the series; the pairing made a lot of sense canon-wise, and the two make a really cute couple! I've been wanting to do more Student Six content, so this'll be interesting to try~

As for the monthly Randomizer poll, where all my $15 and $20 Patrons get to post suggestions for a randomized story, the official results came to this:

Yeah, I'm doing another tickling story (the third one this year), but I have a good feeling I cam come up with something good for this fic. Off the top of my head, I'm thinking of making this a Starfox story for my FurAffinity and SoFurry pages. Not only is is a fandom I haven't written for before (which is a big shock), but the universe has a lot of interesting elements I could include for this story; perhaps the headcanon about fliers having prosthetic legs can come into play, and tickling is a means to test their sense of touch and nervous systems? Who knows, but I'm happy to tackle this project~

2.) I have two oneshot commissions to work on before Sacrifice Chapter 17: After paying my rent at the end of last month, I literally had less than $15 in the bank. These two story prompts will be written out this week, although I'm not 100% sure whether or not I'll publish them outside Patreon (the private story in my commission slot can't be uploaded there due to Patreon standards regarding feral/furry (or human) content). Don't worry though, both of these commissions are 8K words each, so I'll be able to knock them out fairly quickly.

3.) The Donation Pool for Chapter 17 of Showing His Place: Sacrifice is still ongoing. This is going to be the big climactic moment of the story, which had been over a year in the making! If you want to include a wild idea of your own (or just want to assist me financially), then follow this link to check out my plans: https://www.fimfiction.net/blog/926145/whats-next-for-shp-sacrifice

4.) Brushed Away is undergoing its final revisions: In accordance with my plans to turn my magnum opus romance tale into physical books for sale before Christmas, my editor and I have been working hard in getting all the chapters revised by the end of this month. I have less than ten chapters to look through myself, and Double R. Forrest is combing through the story for any grammatical/spelling errors. I'll be sure to announce when plans are underway, and when I'll have a physical book made. Wish me luck! :D

For any other details, I would recommend following me on my Official Patreon page, which includes a link to my Discord group for all followers. More updates will come soon, so I hope y'all stick around during this holiday season!
