Quick update!! · 7:33pm Nov 23rd, 2020
Hey there all! Boy have I got an update fer yah.
The overlong story overshort is thus; I've had my life explode and implode back together in the span of two days. The bad news' specifics is an overly personal nature to divulge, but the good news is in the end I've got my own apartment now and life's turmoil is put on hold for now. Further good news is that between my work days, I now have a shite load of free time to do stuff, like work on my fanfic of a fanfic.
Now that may not mean more frequent updates, and I apologize for that, however what it means for me is I can actually work on fine-tuning and producing a better story, drawing artwork for it when my muse screams in my ear (she's been a mite quiet lately...), or otherwise churning out more stuff for those interested to enjoy!
Small update on the fanfic however; with chapter 19 done and published some time ago (some further editing probably to come as I'll need a refresher on where I'm at) and work on chapter 22 underway (yeah, I write ahead pretty far just to make sure it fits with the path) I'll be posting up a few chapters and starting on more in the coming weeks. Hopefully I'll begin work on chapter 23 before mid-December, and then I'll be able to show you guys more of what I've got in store.
And speaking of artwork, as I mentioned earlier, I hope you all enjoy the new cover art. Practicing with this little Wacom tablet is a joyride in and of itself, and over the last few years it's been like I've had to relearn how to draw on it. Other pieces of Fallout: Equestria goodness is sure to come; especially now that I've (almost) convinced myself to post my stuff on Derpibouru. I've been hesitant in the past about that, I heard a few... unsavory things about the site (with regards to community) buuut I'd be more than willing to lend an ear to any of your own takes on the site.
Otherwise, this train's been bumpy and one helluva joyride/panic-ride/fluster cluck, but hopefully all that chaos is over for the foreseeable future, and thank you, those few who have stuck to this story. I can't give enough thanks.
