I haven't seen Royal Clones yet but I have a question about Nightmare Moon and Daybreaker.
Will we see the REAL ones from within Luna and Celestia or the only NMM and Daybreaker we will see is just clones of them?
Its really disappointing if the only appearances and development we get for Nightmare Moon and Daybreaker is of their clones instead of the real ones from within Luna and Celestia. If they are somehow the real ones now in separate bodies, even though cloning doesn't flipping work like that, then that is actually worse.
I feel like the whole cloning thing is a cop-out honestly..
It feels like we lose out on alot of story and development for Luna and Celestia having a inner struggle as their darker halves are reawakening within and causing trouble. Especially for Luna with she has to face and accept her darkness instead of just shooting a rainbow at her and essentially brainwashing her. I mean.. the actual issues that led Nightmare Moon to happen wasn't exactly resolved properly, especially with how Luna is still in Celestia's shadow hard there.
Like Luna having to face within herself and end up accepting those dark powers and darker split personality in order to protect Equestria and show how darkness isn't always evil there.
