Twelve years since FiM premiered for the first time and the fandom is still alive. That's just awesome.

The next chapter for Another Chance Beyond the Door is nearly complete. I plan to have it out this upcoming Friday. There's the Marine Corps' Bday on the 10th (For my crayon eating buddies out there: 'Rah! Yut!! Kill!!! They get it.) and Veterans Day the following day. I know some of you may be busy celebrating one or both because I know I am. That's why I'll have the new chapter out on the following Friday.
Also... I consider whether or not to change the story's current cover art. I could request or commission an artist for new cover art (I know exactly where to go for that), but I feel it is too soon to do so since my story is fairly new. Should I keep the current cover art or choose one of the following:

Personally, I think the current cover is proper for the story and I don't see any reason to change at the time being.
In addition, #2 and #3 lack the impact compare to the current one. #1 looks grand and can be considered, but it does not sit right with me. And I cannot view #4.

I would say this one is too messy for cover art. The portion of Elric brothers is too small compare to the whole image. This would make the image of Edward unrecognizable when it was scaled down in the story list. Not to mention you cannot figure out the details when the image is scaled down.
Since Edward is the main focus of your story, you should use image of him that can be easily recognized even after being scaled down.
At this point, I would vote for the current one or #1.

That's not the pic I was referring to. I was mentioning the fourth picture in the gallery. It shows Ed facing his Portal of Truth as it slightly opens up.

Got it, the forth pic down the page. OK, this one has nice impact. But the blurry line and light coloring might make it unrecognizable when it is scaled down.
