OKAY! so, just because my newest fic, the one listed by Meeester, has no mention, or even a slight hint of the MLP being ANYWHERE in it's prologue or it's general description, and because I want to focus on the human MC, my Fic get's revoked and if I don't change something to make it 'SEEM' to be part of MLP FiM Universe NOW---I get threaten with a ban on my page!!!!!!!!!!! not only do I say 'WHAT?!?!' to this, but I've done this format already---AND IT WAS WITH MY VERY FIRST FIC, the Six Heroes! in that fic's Prologue, there is no mention of ponies anywhere in that Prologue.
now knowing that.......why is my latest fic suffering from THIS!!!!!!!! (I point to Meeester's letter to me) while my OLDEST fic hasn't!!!!!!! I demand an explanation, this is ludicrous!!!! until I get an proper explanation that tells me EXACTLY why my latest fic is revoked because of this, I will not be uploading or writing anything cause I don't want to upload something that could get me BANNED when I followed the rules and because my creative direction!!!!
Try shot gunning a message to as many site admins as you can find. It sounds like this Meeester is overzealous when it comes to mlp.
The issue here isn't that you didn't want ponies to appear in the prologue, the issue is that Fimfiction only accepts stories that are MLP related at the time of submission. If your story is going to be related to MLP "later," then you simply need to wait until "later" to submit it.
When you say your "oldest story," are you referring to this one? It looks like you submitted this on May 21, with the first five chapters published. Ponies appear prominently in the story as early as the third chapter. So you're fine - the story was submitted on May 21, and people could read about ponies on May 21. You're golden, even though they're not in the prologue. With this story, though, ponies weren't in the part of the story that was submitted. All you need to do is write the next few chapters until ponies are involved, and you can resubmit it no problem with all those chapters published.

thank you. i was just frustrated that the latest story got revoked and i was threaten with a ban on my account, which just made me scared. i'll keep this in mind whenever i try to upload new fics. again, thank you.
I'm be honest... I'm with you, almost all my stories first chapter don't mention or only show a single pony-like character near the end of the chapter, one excellent example is the first chapter of my story, A Soldier's Orders. Some of my other stories mention or give a glimpse of a random part of the world of the MLP universe, but without giving enough evidence to show if it is Equestria without mentioning it is.
I mean I can think of several stories that I've read with opening chapters that don't even mention or include any canon or OC characters related to the show. Also, AU? anyone, I mean not every written story has to be based off canon material and even the stories that use or/and involve canon material has to be altered for some stories. So unless the story you published isn't AU, uses the Mane 6 canon personalites without immediately altering them without some sudden character/live-changing situation happening, I can't see what reason they could find that didn't follow one of their story publishing rules.
I mean how many chapters did you publish alongside the story, was it just the one, or a few more, sometimes if the chapters you wrote don't mention enough pony/MLP show characters - canon or OC - I recommend writing an additional chapter involving said characters. Better safe than sorry.
Though honestly I'm extra careful when publishing making absolute certain the first chapter mentions Equestria in some way, if not I write another till satisfied.
I haven't seen or gone through this kind of situation before, but honestly if you believe that your story should had been acceptable under the given rules, then something within the admins perspective appeared wrong. Still though, a tad overkill to show the ban-hammer like that, I mean its one think to post a story that doesn't mention ponies yet, heck I've seen much sketchier openings that I feel should had crossed publishing at all. I asked one of the admins before about wanting to post a story involving character bios, but I was detailed that wasn't possible, nice of the admin, they informed me enough to think otherwise without any form of problems.
My honest advice I can give - recheck the rules and check your written content if it follows along said rules, especially, ESPECIALLY, if the story is NOT an AU, you can get away with anything if you slap the AU tag, but if not AU, you should be careful unless you want to earn the ire of what's canon or part of the MLP universe.
Besides that, hope this doesn't happen again to you.
