I hope it will be sweet. I think it should be shy as a Chikorita until it becomes more confident as Bayleef and Meganium while it still is kind. You should also have the rest of the Mane 6 each have a Pokedex just like Rainbow Dash so she won't be the only one when they encounter a pokemon they have never seen before.

Oh yeah. It's gonna have something that makes it stand out. Every trainer has a Pokemon that is special in one way. Ash's Infernape, Greninja and Lycanroc are great examples of this since they have special traits. And currently, Rainbow Dash's Braviary has the bond phenomenon deep within it similar to Ash-Greninja. The rest of the Mane 6 will gain special traits that make their Pokemon unique
