Just a little update and how things are going.
What I've posted of Moondust so far constitutes the first rough "arc" of the story. The next few chapters are completed and ready to go, but I want to finish up the second arc before doing that. I need to make sure everything is as it should be.
In total there'll be three mini-arcs throughout Moondust, the third of which will be the easiest to write, especially compared to this second one. I'm still hopeful that the entire story is complete before the end of the year, but apologies in advance if that doesn't come to pass. I'm expecting the story to end just shy of twenty chapters in total.
Hey thanks immensely for the heads up. And, yeah, I can definitely respect your desire to get this story finished before the end of the year, but will completely respect if you come up short of that goal. After all, quality work takes time and quality is preferable to speed (though both are certainly appreciated).
