With Ponies of Flight and Magic finally updated, I think it's only fair that I give you all a proper explanation and outline on how this particular series will progress.
Each story will focus on a particular side of the war with the chapters focusing only on the characters' primary capital, or then while they are on missions. It will be strictly limited to that side of the war, with the other sides either referenced or used as antagonists from their perspective.
It all depends on the situation.
Anyway, the story order will go as follows:
Celestial Alliance:

However, that's not all. While each story that comes after the other will be considered a sequel, these particular stories will have their actual chapters lead into the chapter of the next series as well. Usually foreshadowed by a certain event that takes place.
For example, the Celestial Alliance chapter could end with one of their soldiers trapped behind enemy lines.
Then the League Of Nightmares chapter would have rumors of an enemy soldier in the area spurring the focus character into action, ending with them taking out an enemy from Everfree in pursuit.
The Legion of Wildlife chapter would then pick up from there with their side reacting to the loss and coming up with a new strategy to retaliate, testing it out on a patrol unit made up of Sombra's soldiers, getting the attention of the Cursed Union, etc.
A sort of cross-chapter continuity.

Wow, that takes some serious planning and effort. I have this on my read it later but when I have the time this will definitely be worth the wait.
Not sure who to root for, Lightning Dust is my favorite pony but her alliance with Sombra is questionable to me. I guess I'll just have to read.
