8. Studies show that men actually experience more emotional pain post-breakup than women.

Maybe because they put a larger proportion of their emotions into it?

Perhaps? I am not certain how they came to this conclusion. I haven't yet gone and looked up this study to see what exactly it is they tested for.

Most toilets flush in E flat.

Is that to say they tend to just flush at a frequency proportional to Eb, or that they inhabit a part of the Eb (probably major) scale, e.g. Eb-F-G-Ab-Bb-C-D-Eb?

1. Most toilets flush in E flat.

Get a bunch of them together and you can make a choir of flushing. They can perform on the White House lawn.

2. France was still executing people by guillotine when the first Star Wars movie came out.

Execute order 66.

3. A duck’s quack doesn’t echo, and nobody can figure out why.

Because ducks. Aren't. Real!

4. At any one time about 0.7% of the world’s population is drunk.

First, if that many people were drunk every second, we'd run out of people pretty quickly. Second, how can you drink a person? And who does the drinking of the people?

5. 315 entries in Webster’s Dictionary were misspelled.

IT WAS ME! I'M THE ONE TO BLAME! I THIUGHT IT'D BE A GOOD JOKE!

6. A pound of houseflies contains more protein than a pound of beef. Better get to eatin'! :trollestia:

Not eating. Drinking. At any given moment, 0.7% of the fly population is drunk by humans.

7. Andy’s evil neighbor Sid from Toy Story returns briefly as the garbage man in Toy Story 3.

I just thought that was headcanon...

8. Studies show that men actually experience more emotional pain post-breakup than women.

Men's feelings matter. We get sad too.

9. Albert Einstein and Charles Darwin both married their cousins.

And they're supposed to be very big-brained people. Maybe they were onto something. Should we follow their example, hmm?

10. In 1980, a Las Vegas hospital fired some workers for betting on when patients would die.

Well, you know what they say. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. I'm not even that surprised at the news, given that it's full of other disgusting stuff as well. I just feel bad for them if they tried to bet on when The Courier from Fallout New Vegas would die.

I think it just sounds like E flat. Lol

That's quite the commentary you've provided, lol.
