Regarding Commissions (Apologies in advance?)

Hey all. I've been doing commissions now for close to six or seven months now and it's been a blast!
However, one thing I did not predict (either due to my own lack of confidence or underestimating the general desire for such fics) is the enormous workload I'd get. Whilst I'm happy that so many people want to commission works from me, I'm a little overwhelmed by how many I've received. And, the long queue does not really incentivise people to get a commission from me when they see the wait. So, and although I do with partial reluctance, I will be raising the price of my commission price from 10 dollars per 1k words to 15 dollars per 1k words. I will honour the paid upon price for current commissions but future fics will be heftier. And, as I have stated in the status box on my profile page, I will be happy to negotiate prices and payments should you not be able to meet it.
