Songs of the Spheres by GM Blackjack.

This story is long. Horrifyingly so. And it is not perfect by any stretch of the imagination.

But it's goddamn interesting. And even when I got to a chapter I didn't like, it never failed to keep me interested.

It's a mega-crossover. It's a musing on the nature of narrative and story. It's an exploration of quite a few philosophies.

Some of it is actually really hard to read. It gets really, really heavy near the end.

But as far as I'm concerned? It's worth your time.
