Woah, It has been 41 weeks since my last story review. That's way to close to a year.

Today we are reviewing Sweetie by: Stolen Memes.
This story is one that I read a while ago and for some reason, I had a really hard time finding this again. And its multi chapter? Damn I'm good.
There is a warning for this in the description of the story but, I figure I should have one here. This story does cover a controversial topic.
The story starts rather quickly, Rarity comes home, the doorbell rings and then a police officer tells her that Sweetie Belle is in police custody. Again, this all happens really quickly probably within like 150-200 words.
Rarity follows Officer Steel Cuffs to the Police station, Rarity walks in and waits for the officer to get Sweetie Belle. While this is happening Rarity has a rather... odd interaction with a filly named Silver Strings. It is important to note that Sweetie and Silver Strings are around 16 in this story. She says its her fault Sweetie Belle is in jail but, her dad picks her up before she can fully explain.
After she leaves the station she goes to talk with Twilight and this is where we find out what happened. Sweetie and Silver Strings are dating, this is a problem because Silver Strings has religious parents and her dad walked as they started kissing. He allegedly hits Sweetie Belle and Silver Strings and then accuses Sweetie Belle of raping his daughter. Rarity gives a profanity laden rant about it and next chapter.
This chapter starts with Sweetie Belle saying that she is scared. Good start. Rarity cheers her up by telling her how good the attorney is. And the they are named Phoenix Write because of course they are. Write tells them that they don't have much evidence but, neither does Strings man. But, then Write proceeds to tell them that the only dna matching Sweetie was on her lips. Which is a tone of evidence for your case but, whatever. And string man refused to take a lie detector test.

Overall this story is pretty good. A few contradictions here and there but, That is fine.
