To figure out where you were coming from with this story I typed two lines of dialogue into a little known thingie I'll call "Google." Within an amount of time so short it's hard to measure even with a very accurate calendar, I had the artist, album, full lyrics, and even downloaded and listened to it. Reading it again with that information it all became as clear as any of your other stories
