First off, yeah, I know I more or less swung and missed what "The Ultima" was.
With that out of the way, from an editing standpoint, one somewhat-noteworthy edit change was the removal of the narration line, "If you ask me, those six ponies should have known that "win" was too easy. Especially the lavender one with the Alicorn wings." Obviously, this was about the Mane 6 beating Sombra too easily. Since I already did a 4th wall break when I poked fun of Princess Candace getting captured again earlier, I thought doing another one so soon was a bit too much, so I took it out. I also had a line where I had more fun about the Princesses being captured so much, but took it out to avoid overdoing it.
Plus, you saw how the Princesses wrote in my author's note and threatened to pay me a "visit" if I keep making fun of them, right? They're at their limit! 
Another thing I took out during editing was what happened when Sombra and Twilight Sparkle "woke up" from "The Works". Sombra begged to go to Tartarus, and Twilight promised herself to never punish anything ever again, no matter what. But I thought to just take it out.
Another thing that was a late edit change was the "sit-ups, pull-ups, and plenty of juice" line from Twilight. I literally thought of it when I was taking a bath the night before I submitted the story, and any DBZ fan should know where I got that line from.
Sorry mate, but it just doesn't compare to the other two.
Please rethink letting it stay like this. (I would help you find a better Ultima)
