The End of MLP: FiM · 12:40am Oct 14th, 2019
So MLP: FiM is officially over.
This is... kinda surreal. It's been a day after the finale was aired and I'm still processing this!
Normally I don't blog much, but considering how big of a deal this is, I decided to make an exception.
I started watching this show just out of curiosity since Season 3 was finishing up at a time. I did not expect that I stick around with the show for so long, nor did I expect to join a fanfiction website for the first time in my life after watching Rainbow Rocks (which is still my favorite Equestria Girls movie/special to this very day). I enjoyed the characters, the art style, the lessons and of course the fandom that brings out the fun to this community.
Sure, there were some rollercoaster moments. I've seen blogs of fans quiting the show either losing interest in the show or rage quit after seeing a specific episode or different direction that they don't like. I'll admit, I felt that the series was getting weaker in every season after Season 5 (in my opinion), but despite that, I stuck around until the ride was over.
On one hand, I'm sad to see a good show ending after all these years. On the other hand, it is for the best to end the show on a high note, instead of keep dragging it to the point of franchise fatigue like other shows (Spongebob, Fairly Oddparents, Simpsons, etc.). While the show is not perfect, but it was still a great show to watch, which I will go back and rewatch some episodes for years to come.
Now that the show is officially over, am I leaving this site?

OF COURSE NOT!
While the show may be over, but the fandom is still going strong. I still have some stories to tell (when I get around to it) and other stories from other authors for me to read. I won't be leaving anytime soon.
Besides... there's still some EG Holiday shorts left, so there's something to look forward to.
As for whether I watch the upcoming G5... we'll see.
Anyway, I'm happy to be part of the fandom and I enjoyed entertaining you guys with my stories.
Thank you MLP: Fim for nine wonderful years of entertainment. You will be missed!

I miss the series already, but I will go on. Also, I can't wait to see more stories from you. I would really like to see more Sonata stories since I loved reading Freezer Burned and Sonata Can't Read with your take on the reformed Dazzlings and the funny stories. Some ideas I have is Friendship Games and Legend of Everfree in the Dazzlings perspective. The former is a good idea since it would show how the Dazzlings met Sci-Twi (since they are friends with her in Sonata Can't Read) and maybe they even compete in the Games, but get disqualified from the first round. In Legend of Everfree, it's simply in their perspective and shows how they feel about the Rainbooms getting magical geodes. Hope you take these in consideration along with my music festival Dazzlings story, but I'll enjoy any stories you make yourself!
