This has been on my mind for quite awhile now. I wasn't sure if this would be worth discussing, but I'm gonna say it anyway. What will become of FimFiction in the future? I am aware that this Season of MLP: Friendship is Magic will be the last, but what will become of this website? I have been on this website for almost 2-3 years now and I have been doing this more times than I can count with story after story. I am afraid that once Season 9 closes off Generation 4, this site will go defunct. I know that I sound paranoid, but everyday that comes to pass, the more I feel that I am going to lose the one thing that I love to do, which is writing stories. While I am aware that there are other options out there other than My Little Pony, this is the series that has grown close to my heart and all of you are what push me to do better. I know that what I am saying is selfish, but can you really blame me? I didn't join until late 2016 and I have been doing this non-stop. I am afraid of what will become of the aftermath and I don't wish to lose what I have. This is too much for me to say, but I love this community too much to let it go. And I love you all for encouraging me to keep going and to never give on writing stories. But one day when Generation 4 comes to an end, I hope that Generation 5 will keep us together, push us to write better stories, and unite us all as a community built on love and imagination. So for what it's worth, I love you all. You are all the most irreplaceable and most loyal friends I ever had and I hope that Generation 5 will give us more to build and flourish as the community we have built today.

honestly? i can relate, especially since i joined late into the mlp train, i really hope this community doesnt die out
