hmmmmmmmmm I don't have now many ideas but:

1.what about radioactive waste disposal.What is empire doing with it?

2.Nuclear energy is not renewable resource. Uranium, the nuclear fuel that is used to produced nuclear energy is limited and cannot be produced again and again on demand.
What will Lorenzo do with that problem,he said he hates oil for these reasons, it's limited?

3 Can he use technology what wasn't originally in fallout?
Like let's say a Tony Stark technology ,like armor that can fly to you in parts and assemple on your body and arc reactor that I think is closer to having truly unlimited energy and better when compared with nuclear one.
Also when I mean arc reactor I mean these triangle versions that aren't toxic to body nad were created to be like space stone

3.Will Lorenzo become immortal,ageless?

there is no waste, Lorenzo uses fusion reactors , just upgraded vault tec super reactors . no idk, if it IS created he can, and 3 he IS immortal, he has not aged a single day since he as sent to equestria

Will there be plans for colonization of planets and massive starship fleet?
Also space expansion ,space stations ,space cities and massive shipyards

What about those satellites in orbit, can they only broadcast?
Or can they also hack and intercept communications on the whole planet,even if other countries don't use his internet he still should be able to intercept signals like radio
Think about it ,griffons who even wouldn't' even know they are listened into ,like other countries.Even if somehow they knew about it they wouldn't be able to do anything about it ,maybe use some old way of communication like letters but that would make everything slower for them.

The satellites can broadcast, take close up photos with a scary amount of details, and spy on radio based communication, but if need be they can act like missile delivery systems, also no,the most that will happen is the moon being mined,cause Lorenzo wants every citizen of his empire to be inside the empire if or when he finds a way to get it back

Hmm, I was recently thinking about what Empire could use that is deadly but also looks deadly.
Some won't know if it's a normal missile or nuclear one and won't give up
I know Crystal Prime is there but it takes time to transport and needs some kind of escort so it won't be surrounded

So what about Tytans like in-game Titanfall 1 and 2?

They are deadly and look like they are.

Also adding sound to scare enemies to aircraft and other vehicles, like for example Stukas in ww2 had sirens that scared those on ground

Maybe also use something to change enemy soldiers emotions to fear and despair
Something like crystal heart gives of calm aura to all its citizens in some pulse of energy
Think about a device on aircraft or satellite that when and where you want it to have an effect, changes emotions or at least make them more potent
for enemy soldiers, make them scared, hopeless, etc so they would give up without bloodshed
for your soldiers, you give calm, hope, determination and other good emotions to help on the battlefield

Paintings on uniforms, robots, aircraft, tanks, etc
It gives personality and reputation to legions ,squads and divisions. It shows they are not robots but living beings that are not the same.It also shows the differences between divisions in skills and experience, some will have reputation how dangerous and effective they are, striking fear into enemy troops.

Also what armor Empire non-robot military uses?
They can't only use power amor, it's bulky, noisy probably some other things. Like if a soldier gets himself stranded and it gets too damaged to use.
He will have to leave power armor with is very bad if enemy soldiers find it and he will have no protection. I hope that in those power armors is some kind of time detonator, so it won't be that bad

So back to the point what other armor non-robot military uses?
I suggest to go something like clones armor but designed for protection from bullets, not lasers(like original ones) or both if possible.
Clone armor has a lot of things inside like life support and is very comfortable but I'm not able to list them all now. Watch this video, it's explained there
