If You Could Make A Fallout Faction, What Would It Be Called?

If you could make your own fallout faction to be added into the next game in the series , what would they be called? What would they do and why? Would they be like the Minutemen or the Gunners? Neither? Then like what? I'm interested to see what people say

The United Northern Confederacy (UNC). Made up of Alaska, and much of the former British Columbia Canada, they are a collection of confederated states all working together for mutual defense and economics. Their tech level would be a mix of NCR and Enclave having to develop new tech to survive in the Nuclear winter of the north. Their Military is pulled from all members of the confederacy and a minimum of 5 years of service is required for each citizen. While Caps is the preferred currency among outsiders and traders, Precious metals have made a comeback as the primary currency in the UNC due to the rich deposits of gold and platinum mined in the north. Unlike those of the lower 48, UNC lack in power armor, save for a few suits of T-51, but make up for this in a more robust mechanization and airforce. Their most renown Units being the Arctic Rangers. Originally made up of former Alaskan Arctic Warriors, the unit evolved when Enclave remnants fleeing the oil rig in California were integrated into their military and government.

While not entirely xenophobic, they are very independent, and have no issue with wiping out a threat entirely then rape the land of their resources.

The Route Runners, a group dedicated to the restoration and rediscovery of roads and railways to bring the people of the Wasteland together. They would be map-makers, explorers and even post signs where applicable, making travel in the Wasteland less of a guessing game and more reliable. Possibly even provide transport services in established regions.
