When we write... · 9:41pm Jul 5th, 2019
"When we write, we become as Gods. For we create a universe, and populate it with characters. We give them life and purpose. We infuse them with joys, pain and love; ambitions, dreams and insecurities. And when the last period is placed upon the page, the Multiverse itself rejoices, for a new leaf has sprouted upon its ever extending branches across the whole of reality."
where have I heard this before?

I honestly wouldn't know. Its just something that came to mind. But i wouldn't be suprised if it was influenced by something I just can't consciously recall.
That's a very poetic and beautiful viewpoint. On the surface it is such, a tree blooming with new worlds upon its leaves. But beneath the surface however, I feel it is chaos. An entire universe swirling about itself like a hurricane, planets that represent different ideas crashing and bouncing off each other, sometimes residue from the impact forming whole new ideas. Only when one of these ideas absorbs enough ideas and becomes strong enough can it breach the storm, rising to the surface, where it is born as a new leaf. Sometimes those leaves wilt and die, but sometimes they hold strong and grow bigger than the rest. All at the mercy of the creator.

*sniff* brings a tear to my eye.
