A Wild Poll Appears! · 10:24am Jun 27th, 2019
So. Hey. What's up. The next chapter of Fallen Angel was supposed to be out already, but I hesitated. I realized (With the help of a wonderful commenter) I could make this into a story that's actually worth it. Instead of just a silly side project, I could make this into a serious attempt to write something truly good.
Or it could be just a silly story I don't put a lot of effort into.
I don't know what I want to do with it.
Thus, a poll. What do you want to read? A long-ass story about Twidash, with short chapters, a meandering plot, and barely-passable writing, or do you want a shorter, focused, seriously written piece? I can appreciate either, but I want to know what my audience wants.
Full disclosure; if taking it serious is what I do, the story will be taken down and heavily rewritten. The same general idea and plot will be there, but I'd need to do a full scale rewrite of everything past the first half of the first chapter. Otherwise, you'll get almost-weekly updates, but shorter and not all that high quality.
And so, I leave it to you, dearest readers. Vote in the box below; Serious or Silly? If I get a decent number of votes, that which receives more will be what happens, because frankly I can't decide what I want to do with this story. I'm more than willing to do either, but I can't write this story seriously with how it is now; I need to get a clean start. I can't just start taking it seriously from where we're at.
Anyway, yes. Votes below. I'm curious to see what you'll pick, if anything. I might not get any votes at all! That'd suck. Then I'd actually have to make a decision for once in my life. Ugh. Who wants to do that!?
Until next time,
Kodeake out
I think this has the potential to make a great seriously written story. But at the same time I really enjoy fluff and love having stuff to read more often. I would be happy either way. You're welcome for the absolute non-vote I just gave you.
I vote Serious.
as much as I like both,I'm gonna vote serious.
Im thinking serious. Who knows, it might become a masterpiece that demands a sequel🤷
I have not gotten around to reading this one, but I do know it's listed as drama. Drama is usually better when you take your time and really build it up. If you really want to showcase your skills then stick to the drama path and take your time.
Serious, definitely.
Serious!
