The Chief and Cortana are adrift in space but after a unidentified slip space jump Cortana must wake the Chief. After investigating the incident Chief as well as Cortana have found them selves as ponies. The Chief is in orbit around a unidentified world. As the Chief tries to make contact. The ship has been breached by the Covenant but it seems the Covenant are ponyified as well. Master Chief and Cortana don't know that they arrived in a new war called The Pony and Covenant war. Is Master Chief and Cortana going to help the Equestria and will they find out how to get back to the UNSC?

This takes place after Halo 3 but they don't drift off to forerunner plant like they did in Halo 4 in stead they stumble across a alternate universe after strange slip space jump. In this universe the ponies are fighting against the covenant but are losing and they never made a Spartan program and so they don't have a Master Chief. So John has to decide if he will fight the Covenant once again.

It was a moral decision because the Spartan 2 project was cruel and twisted by moral standards. So I couldn't see Equestria following the same project as the UNSC.
