Another month, another 30 or 31 days of writing ahead.
There are about six chapters left to go with the story. I'd say Act 2 is almost over, and this upcoming chapter marks the end of it. The final five chapters are going to be a roller coaster, that's for certain. How they'll be that way, that's a surprise to put it lightly.
Another thing to note...I wasn't too thrilled with how the rest of the planned outline was looking after finishing chapter 9. Some of the chapters felt like previous scenes repeating each other, not enough variety, etc. So they received a pretty heavy revision as a result. It's still a 15 chapter story, but chapter 10 got expanded upon big time.
Because of this, the next chapter might be out sometime next week. It shouldn't be too difficult and I expect it to go well, but here goes nothing. As always, if anything changes, you'll hear about it here first.
