Chapter #6 is up and I'm in tears!

Hi everypony! The latest entry to this story is up and I do hope all enjoy this part of it. I really enjoyed writing this; it pulled so achingly at my heartstrings to compose this moment in the MLP timeline and am pleased with it's final result. I have had the opportunity to read some of the other writers on this site who have tackled this moment as well; many had a similar vibe about the relationship between Firelight and Starlight so I followed suit and put a small spin of my own on it.
I'm not sure how much more I want to do on this story as I and the rest of the fandom have no idea of what's in store for the Mane-6 in Season 9. There's maybe 1 or 2 more parts I can finish and present but I really want to wait until later in the season to see what happens before adding more and then having to go back and change it to coincide with the cannon aspect of the storyline.
I was fortunate to get a piece of artwork from fellow FimFiction writer Bad Dragon (thank you!) that was very inspiring for a new story idea and have been plotting it out for the past two weeks. As I and my editor's tribute to Gene Roddenberry and the writers of one of our favorite shows, we came up with a story idea on a rather 'touchy&delicate' subject that we felt G4 could easily tell and would be relatable to the reading audience. I'm pretty sure somepony in the fandom has done such a story but I though it'd be something challenging to write. The 'super-big mega adventure story' is still being worked on; that's still a mountain of rewriting and editing to go before it's presentable but there is progress.
I'm hoping to get the first chapter posted soon as it is done but is now under the editor's red pen of correction and will need at least one rewrite before presenting. Thanks for checking out the story!
