Probably both, but mostly the latter.
I swear, I’ve been So. Freaking. Tired. these last few days. I don’t even know why! I go to bed at my usual time. 12:05 AM and I wake up at 5:00 AM.
That’s never been a problem until now. I can be fighting to keep my eyes open and still refuse to go to bed. Which is exactly what I’m doing now.
At this point, I don’t even know what I’m doing with my life. I’m not writing. I’m not singing. I’m not rapping. And I’m barely doing karate, soccer, show choir, and school.
I’m sick of this. It’s time to be a responsible adult and start writing more fanfics about colorful ponies.
AND THIS LIGHT FROM MY PHONE IS DISRUPTING MY SLEEP!

Go to bed earlier, if that doesn't work you should probably check if you get enough vitamin D, because that was a problem I used to have.

With a schedule like that, I'm rather surprised you're still working with so little sleep. How old are you? When you get into your early twenties things start changing fast. Just get a couple more hours of sleep, it's going to improve your entire day.

Then sleep's even more important. Not getting enough will not only stunt your growth, but make your days a drag. And don't even get me started on when you get to your twenties, or even thirty! (The back pain is real).
Not to mention how teenagers naturally shift their sleeping cycle to wake up later.
Important to note that if it didn't get better sleeping more you should see a doctor. Never be afraid to seek medical help.
That's an insanely low amount of sleep. You're gonna hurt yourself in the long run doing that. And if you really are 13 you might even hurt your growth and that's something that affects your whole life. Try to sleep 8 hours. Please.
