So, yeah... Transformations just ended. That much is obvious. Still so many unresolved plot points, such as Smallfoot's friendship with Shatter and Dropkick amongst other things like Cemetary Wind and the Knights of Cybertron. Hell, I ended the story on a cliffhanger, mind you one with a frankly rather foregone conclusion such as the Autobots and humans working together to drive Onslaught and company off the planet.
Now, while I don't have the full plans worked out for any eventual sequels yet, there are things I want to include such as Lio Convoy (This guy)
functioning as the Prime of the story and Cemetery Wind's remnants being replaced by MECH. Yes, that MECH. Another I want to do, but might not is tie up the cliffhanger my first attempt at a Transformers story (Grimlock, Dinobot... and Father) left you off on, namely with the pony CMC and Ms. Cheerliee being transported to Jasper, Nevada. Not sure if I'll do that or not.
Now, I also want to do a spinoff story focusing on two characters in particular. These two, to be precise.
Spacewarp, largely unreleased toy outside of convention exclusives. Meant to be a redeco of Armada Jetfire, and when she finally was released she was a tiny figure redecoed from Flanker/Phaser. But anyways, for those of you not familiar with Spacewarp, here's TF Wiki's take on her. To quote:
It's not that Spacewarp tries to be arrogant... it's just that she's really quite good at what she does, and she won't let you forget it. A gifted flier with a space-capable alternate mode, Spacewarp's travelled the length and breadth of the galaxy and consequently fancies herself something of a swashbuckling adventurer. There's nowhere in space that she won't go, and no planet or culture too weird for her to explore. Spacewarp's inseparable Mini-Con companion Foldspace keeps her company during her long voyages. More recently, she's teamed up with the Interstellar Marauders; when they're not combining into the Transwarp Blaster, her "crew" keeps her company on her lonely voyages through uncharted territory.
Although Spacewarp tries to stay out of trouble when she can, circumstances have a way of quickly getting out of hand and invariably roping her into yet another madcap adventure. Even though she's nominally a Decepticon, Spacewarp has often found herself performing good deeds on her many voyages. She's admitted a grudging respect for the Autobots, once you can get past their holier-than-thou attitude and their tendency to judge Decepticons on sight.
With a cy-gar in her mouth and the power of the Transwarp Blaster on her side, there's nothing in the universe that she fears.
Basically, it'd be a story in the style of Spacewarp's Logs or something maybe like what Tatsurou would cook up. Spacewarp raising a young Captain Celeano and slowly growing to care for the young parrot as they go off and gallavant around the universe together meeting the more cosmic sides of the Transformers universe.
Anyways, if or any thoughts you might have on these developments... Well, I'd very much like to hear them.
So Spacewarp is basically a Decepticon that just cares about her next adventure, and would prefer to be as far from the war as possible?

Pretty much, really. She doesn't like Autobots, but she does respect them.

...Now that I think about it, there are more Decepticons than I thought who respect the Autobots. Hell, even Megatron also respects certain Autobots, even if he (canonically) absolutely HATES all of them. And I know I've seen a line somewhere about how Megatron respects the Autobots' will to keep fighting to the bitter end for what they believe in. Something about how it is the one part of their noble nature he can admire, or something.

Hey, you're in war with another group for long enough, and I suppose you do start to respect a few members of the enemy side. Hell, we all know in at least certain continuities Megatron respects Optimus, and in the Armada anime was actually depressed even after he killed Optimus with the Hydra Cannon. He was actually overjoyed believe it or not when Optimus returned.
And then there was the ending of the Hate Plague arc in the G1 cartoon. Who can forget Galvatron saying there would be no war today?
