Back from the dead after 3 years · 8:55pm Nov 25th, 2018
Hello to the 2 people reading this! After 3 years, I'm finally back from the dead. Sorry about that, I kinda just lost motivation to keep on writing, and it was difficult to find time to actually write a fanfic.
Now that I do have the motivation and time, I'm gonna attempt to work on "They Call Themselves Spartans", the Halo MLP crossover about Spartan III's from Gamma Company. I don't expect much people will actually read future chapters since I'm fairly certain that the people who read the first 3 chapters have moved on with their lives. Despite that, it's something I enjoyed doing for a month so I'm gonna keep writing.
Things I'm gonna work on: less emphasis on the military stuff (I guess rank was such an important thing for me to mention back then?), being more accurate in military stuff and combat tactics when necessary, make dialogue seem more natural, and be less cringy/ cliche.
The hardest parts about this are that I have no idea where my mindset was 3 years ago and I forgot simple details like the motivations of each character, or even who I've created, so I can't guarantee a new chapter will come out any time soon.
