I want to apologize for how long it's taken me to release the next couple chapters of Jewel of the Everfree.
Life got pretty hectic for awhile. A family member got married and I played a big role in the ceremony, and also I'm still on the job hunt.
I've got good news, and bad news.
Good news is: I'm making great headway with the next chapter of the story.
Bad news is: I'm not going to be able to keep my promise releasing two chapters at once.
I really, really wanted to release two for you guys; but as I continued to write, I couldn't find the best fit for all my ideas to go. (That and I have no formal clue on how relationships are supposed to be justified.)
That's not to say I haven't made progress with it. I've got 15k words on a VERY special chapter that I'm sure everyone here is excited to read (Definitely could get up to 20k). My original plan was to finish it first, and let that motivate me into finishing the one before it quickly. And the NEXT chapter is at 10k and it's almost finished; so stay posted.

Well, there's your problem right there. Anyone in a serious relationship shouldn't need to justify it. Most relationships are a complicated mess that either works or doesn't, and trying to boil it down in order to explain why a particular grouping should/shouldn't work is an exercise in futility and self-induced madness.
Just ask the shippers.
