Eight years ago the first episode of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic aired. In about eight months, not so long after the first season finished airing, I saw the show for the first time. A few years later I finally was able to read in a foreign language without too much trouble. Now, after a couple more years I am able to write in a foreign language and thus contribute to one of the best communities I've ever known.
Over the years a lot of things have changed. A lot of people joined that community and a lot of people left.
But one thing remained the same. My love for the show.
After so many years, I still love it the same. Now I'm even more happy when I can finally give something back. And even if the show is about to end soon, I'm still going to do that.
For me it's a ride that never ends.
