Jeez, there was almost kiiiinda sorta hope this would possibly be at least a bit lighter and softer than the first story in the first chapter with Red Wire being a grizzled cyborg detective, but this chapter revealing that ten years after the original (I assume this passage is meant to indicate how much time has passed?),
Tin Flower grew up to become the Ted Bundy/Josef Mengele of equinoids, and abusive of Luna, and also an alcoholic cos why not
really sets the tone.
It's gonna kick the floor out from under the original story and be much bleaker, huh?
