I realized something as I waited for my dad to pick me up for a quick bite of lunch:
I don't think I've really credited my editor properly. None of the stories I've had with editors have given proper creditation since my early stories... and I have no idea why. I'm kind of ashamed, honestly. I thank him profusely, and perhaps embarrass him with how indebted I feel, but I always forget to put his name on there. Now that I've got a second volunteer to help with this biiiiig fic, If situation permits, give a little bit of applause for RazedRainbow, editor for: "A Lady Does Everything With Feeling", "Memento Mori" "Testing the Waters" "Where the Fields Are" and "The Moon is All Around Us"!
Now that my guilt trip is over:

Looking down at Rainbow, they growled their anger. Rainbow Dash was to be their pawn for eternity! She was to be the Queen in their chess games of shipping until Judgment Day! It would be rectified.
Cthulhu stepped forward and spoke, his tentacles flopping about rather comically.

And lo, from the burning wreckage came two more writers, Cold in Gardez and RazedRainbow, and the Shipping Gods who apparently now include Cthulhu sent back in time to ship Rainbow Dash with everything.
The cycle, vicious and round, was complete.
467446 Actually... I've considered it. F/F shipping is foreign to me and my experience, and my writing it was mostly for the sake of writing something that I didn't know first hand. M/M I'd be writing about something I perhaps could understand a lot more (being male and having had a conflicted identity as a young emo kid) but... hm.
