For all those who care, I'm sorry that this break was a little longer than I meant. I thought my holidays would allow me to focus entirely on writing, but that hasn't been the case, and I've taken on additional responsibilities by adapting the script for an upcoming audio comic. On top of this, the planned one-shot comedic slice of life has taken much longer to write than I thought, and is sitting at about 13k, but is close to being finished. I don't know if it'll be ready for university starts again in less than a week's time.
I'll do what I can, but in the meantime, I'll be re-uploading Chapter 12 sometime after next week. I forgot to vet it with my editor. I know I said I'd be posting in acts, but consider this a little teaser for the season to come. It's the least I can do for being absent for so long.
