Chapter 39
There were a few parts I didn't specify enough in. When Zaran starts playing mindgames with the changelings, they're strapped to a metal table and he puts them to sleep. For some reason, it seems I never specified that they were actually in a dream state. It's the wonderful thing called Writer's Bias, where I already have the scene in my head, so it's not always clear what might be missing from a description until I read it later on, which is why I'm doing all these edits. Most of the time, the chapter's fine, just a few typos, nothing major.
Chapter 40
I honestly don't think I corrected anything major in this chapter. I loved rereading this, because you get to see more of Raiden's flaws where he says things that aren't true, but probably feel true in the moment.
