DRatAotDI - This long forgotton story now has an e-reader (pdf version) · 6:59pm Jun 3rd, 2018

This here is a blog post for a story of mine titled Detective Rease and the Adventure of the Double Identity. I don't think I've ever written a blog post related to this story before and, out of the stories that I have written thus far, it is the one that is the most unnoticed (as in, it is the only one with less than 1000 views / 100 likes).

So I'll write a couple things about this story. The first is that, like pretty much all of my other stories thus far (read the stories I care about), I've made e-reader versions (read pdfs) for people who perfer to download stories onto their devices and read offline or so on and so forth (I myself keep all my stories in ibooks on my phone so I can look at them anytime).

The story is available for download here

And secondly, since this is my least-known story, I suppose I will advertise it to my reader base. This story is a mystery story very much in the vein of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes and is written to reflect his technique (even down to the dialogue style). The story takes some pages from the canon but I wish to make clear that it is otherwise a completely original story (meaning, it is not a retread of any existing Holmes stories). It doesn't take a terribly long time to read so if you're interested in this sort of story, give it a whirl.

You can find it here:

TDetective Rease and the Adventure of the Double Identity
Strange behaviors and inconsistencies are afoot! Journalist Parchment Pusher shadows Rease, consulting detective, and the two delve into a rabbit hole of suspicious actions, mysterious amulets, and a Canis Minor.

As an aside note, I'm still trying to get the next chapter of Retrograde out. It's coming along, I promise. But I'm a shit person so it's going slower than it should. :trollestia:
