    A Tip Jar

Just in case anyone is feeling particularly generous, I have started my own Ko-fi account. No particular goals or pressure, just if you wanna show appreciation, this is an outlet, as well as the likes you give, your libraries and the comment section.

    Eviction Update

I was lied to. Three weeks, not four. I have to be packed up and move out back to my Mum (towards which I felt feelings of self-harm, suicide and homicide) by August 1, despite both of us agreeing this is not good for us. My aunt doesn't care and is no long diplomatic about anything.

    I don't think I like her anymore.

    Eviction

As the title says, I'm getting evicted. The house I'm staying at is going on the market and at the time of publishing this blog, I only have four weeks to pack and leave. Hear Yeet, Hear Yeet · 10:50pm Jun 1st, 2018

After much personal reflection and considering feedback from several of my unofficial pre-readers, I have decided to rename my self-proclaimed magnum opus.

From this moment forth, the story that was once known as Something Stupid shall now be... something less stupid
The World Turned Upside Down

This sounds more adventure-y while still keeping that whimsical tone, and ties in more thematically with the narrative I am trying to create, working on three levels of depth:

  1. For Adam, a world with magic flips his whole world on its head
  2. For Amber, being forced out of her home flips her whole world on its head
  3. For the reader, a story set after the reign of the Sisters with Flurry Heart as princess may or may not flip your whole world on its head

See? Three levels of d e e p n e s s.

Dom Cobb would be proud.
