I decided on a whim to look up some information on where to buy a used copy of the old MtG novel Champion’s Trial, since its contents may be relevant to some of my future writings. So I went to Amazon and...

If there are any used bookstores near you, look into those. The ones were I used to love almost always had copies of the old MTG novels.
Yowza. Given all of the Magic novels I have, I could be sitting on a gold mine.
In any case, some information is available here, though I don't know if it has the level of detail you need.

The wiki is basically what I’ve been going on for when I need to reference old novels, but it can be frustrating to not actually have access to the sources.
If I didn’t know any better, I’d say Bolas is trying to keep information pertaining to his defeat prohibitively difficult to find. It’s working.
Have you tried searching for it online to see if you can either find it for free to read or if other stores are selling it for less than that like Ebay and the like?
